“Twilight” stars Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart arrived in New York City — together — today (Feb. 27) after an overnight flight from London. Rob is gearing up for a round of media interviews to promote “Remember Me” with Emilie de Ravin.
Kristen tagged along! Hey! Is she jealous of Emlie?
The Twilight duo appear to be growing more comfortable being seen together in public, although they weren’t traveling alone.
In the rush to get out of JFK airport, there also were no signs of affection. But they seemed to manage to dodge big crowds.
Rob reportedly confirmed to reporters Feb. 21, that they are dating, but they seem to be wary of showing too much affection in public.
Traveling with them was Rob’s longtime pal, actor Tom Sturridge, and it looked like a couple of beefy security guards were waiting for them.
Rob was wearing a dark knit cap and his trademark hoodie with a brown carry-on bag over his shoulder.
Kristen looked low-key and tousled, Her hoodie slipped off and she looked animated, if tired.
While in London, Rob and Kristen were spotted together on at least two occasions. They showed up at a small London club Feb. 24 to watch Rob’s sister Lizzy perform.
That sighting came after British Conservative party councillor Nicolas Clark said yesterday (Feb. 25) he saw Rob and Kristen kissing in at the Marquis of Granby pub.
“In Marquis of Granby (pub ) with Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart! A couple of kisses – left in separate cars,” Clark twittered.
Rob’s older sister (he has two) opened the show for Starsailor frontman James Walsh who was performing a solo set. Walsh confirmed that Rob and Kristen made the show.
“Robert and Kristen were there to support Lizzy as she took the stage. I was very flattered to learn they stuck around for my set too,” he said.
Rob will be making several television appearances on New York City talk shows to promote “Remember Me” with Emilie de Ravin.
Pattinson is expected to appear on the “Today” show and “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” on March 1, and then follow up on ABC’s “The View” and Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show” on March 2nd.
