According to Movie Score Magazine, Summit Entertainment has tapped Howard Shore to compose the original score for the third Twilight film, Eclipse. This news was confirmed to them by Temple Hill Entertainment which mentioned that Mr. Shore will follow the footsteps of Carter Burwell and Alexandre Desplat, who scored the first two Twilight movies. Mr. Shore has already begun work on the fillm, spotting the movie this week.

Mr. Shore is best known for his work on scoring the Lord of the Films trilogy.
