Burger King is now reporting that fans has been snatching their Edward and Jacob standees. The chain stores have been replacing the standees continuously as female fans have been getting them in broad daylight.

“The girls just walk up in the middle of the day … rip off the posters and run … we’ve had to replace them over and over.”

Aside from that, girls have been also spotted kissing the posterswhich causes a concern for the store employees most especially for the spread of disease.

“Please help reduce the spread of germs by refraining from giving Edward, or any other character for that matter, a kiss or a hug.”

Reel Cinemas managing director Kailash Suri said that New Moon was sold out for the first week, adding: “The girls were coming in and having their pictures taken. They were getting a bit carried away and in the nicest possible way we said, ‘Don’t kiss him’.”
