Kristen Stewart will make her first appearance at the newly revamped, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, on March 10. She will be on hand to promote the release of The Runaways which will be released on March 19.

On other Kristen news, E!Online was able to talk with the young actress about K-11, the independent movie which is going to be directed by her mother.

“I can’twaitforK-11to happen,” Stewart told us, super enthusiastic when we asked about her passion project. “It’s just one of those things.”

However, the project is still in the pipeline as it still needs funding.

“Ihopeso,” replied Kristen. “It’s an independent movie. That’s always hard,especiallyright now. It’s really hard to get them made. But we’re trying!”

Its also confirmed that Nikki Reed wont be a part of the film.

“She’s not involved due to her schedule,” a rep for Miss Reed told us when we asked if Nik was still onboard
