It has not been confirmed yet but according to his IMDB page, Avatar Special Effects supervisor John Bruno will be the foreseeing the special effects in the two-part, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.

He will be primarily in-charge of the many visual effects in the films especially the aging process of Reneesme and the transition of Bella Swan.
