As of tomorrow "It Will Rain" will be released globally (on Sept. 27th) for sale exclusively via iTunes (save for in the U.K., which will get the song in early November).

The Twilight Saga's Official Facebook announced that Bruno Mars will be on The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1 Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. "It Will Rain" will be available worldwide on iTunes on September 27th, with the full-length soundtrack releasing on November 8th.
