I saw an extended trailer for 50/50 at the Summit booth at Comic Con recently and, other than looking like a really solid script, I defy you to not love this cast.

World Premiere
Inspired by personal experiences, 50/50 is a funny, touching and original story of friendship, love, and survival starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Seth Rogen, Anna Kendrick, Bryce Dallas Howard and Anjelica Huston.
Summit Entertainment, the studio behind the blockbuster “Twilight” saga, is sticking with a couple of stars from its vampire franchise.
Jonathan Levine has come on to direct Mandate Pictures’ now untitled cancer comedy which stars James McAvoy and Seth Rogen. Also joining the film is Anna Kendrick, a Golden Globe nominee for her turn in “Up In the Air.”
The project, previously titled “I’m With Cancer,” was to be directed by Nicole Holofcener who dropped out in November. Levine’s credits include “The Wackness” and “All the Boys Love Mandy Lane.”
Principal photography starts next month in Vancouver. Mandate International will commence pre-sales in Berlin in February.
Fresh from her multi-nominated role in Up in the Air, actress Anna Kendrick has joined Scottish actor James McAvoy in an untitled movie project.
