Summit Releases Official Statement On Piracy Incident

You may or may not have heard about the case of a woman in Illinois, that was brought up on charges of piracy, when theater employees saw her filming during 'New Moon' and it was discovered that she had about 3 minutes worth of footage from the film. The woman, Samantha Tumpach, said she was filming the group she was with, and not the film, and that you could even hear her talking over the film footage. She was facing up to 3 years in prison. Chris Weitz even publicly came to her defense.
