Phil Collins has said that he is "proud" of his daughter Lily landing the role opposite Taylor Lautner. "Her success is incredible. Soon, she'll be making a movie with the guys from Twilight. I'm not really familiar with Twilight myself, I just see those young stallions in the magazines. One of them is always naked."

Michael Sheen is one cool father. In an interview with the Daily Record UK, Michael mentioned that he took the role of Aro, primarily for his daughter Lily, who is a big fan of the books.

Welsh actor Michael Sheen is not new to the supernatural genre. He has played a werewolf before and will take part in the Tim Burton adaptation of Alice in Wonderland next year. But this fall, he will play a vampire leader who relishes killing his own kind.
